Lawyer appointed to the Supreme Court of Justice
From 1989 to 1995 he was involved in European investment issues as a counselor. He was a basic advisor of Philip Morris and Reynolds Tobacco in matters regarding the tobacco policy in Greece. More specifically, he was in charge of planning and policymaking during negotiations concerning the terms of restructuring tobacco cultivation in Greece pursuant to Regulation No 89 of the European Committee; the negotiation successfully resulted in a seven-year derogation for Greece. After this achievement, he was employed as a special advisor of UNITAB (National Confederation of the Unions of Tobacco Producers of France) in matters relating to the convolution and reorganization of Greek tobacco farmers into unions. Simultaneously, he participated as a development director in the pilot programs of the Directorate General of Agriculture of the European Commission relating to the restructuring of tobacco's and Thrace mint's (menta piperita) cultivation.
1995-1996: Military service in the Greek Army, in which he held the position of a fusilier as well as a Military Interpreter of the French language.

Lawyer appointed to the Court of First Instance (1996-2000), to the Court of Appeal (2000-2007) and to the Supreme Court (2007-), specializing in civil law (contract and property) and commercial law (mostly corporate law).
October 1998- 2010: Legal advisor of “THEMELIODOMI SA” Company Group, which is a 7th grade construction company listed in the ASE (Athens Stock Exchange). Employment contracts, Labor law, Claims, Public Works.
Active participation in the negotiations of the contracts for the Olympic Works as well as exclusive negotiation and processing of large scale property acquisitions, such as the “Semeli” house settlement of Dionisos (former Dounis military camp), “Allatini”, “Anatolia”, “Bardavilia” estate of Kifisia (Kifisia Tax Office), etc.
December 2007-: Constantinos Zacharopoulos and Associates’ Law Office:
The law office specializes in civil law (contract and property), commercial law (mostly corporate), taxation and shipping law, while it also maintains a close collaboration with law offices in Cyprus, France and Belgium.
He is an honorary member of the Piraeus Port Captains' Club and has been honoured by the Fire Brigade for his benevolent services.
